Bourjois Paris Effect 3D Max Lip Gloss 65 Cassis Pétillant-Review, Photos, Swatch

Result: The Bourjois Effect 3D Max Lip Gloss is perhaps suppose to be a better version of the Effect 3D lip gloss as it is packed with special micro agents to produce maximized shine. Let's get into details.

The packaging is pretty nice, the usual lady like tube, which is the absolute French way. The shade I have is No. 65 Cassis Pétillant (I seriously can't figure out how to pronounce it). This one is more of a medium plum color and a nice pick for Fall. The formulation is non sticky and produces water shine, which I love. The gloss is infused with glitter specs, I guess they're the micro agents mentioned on the tube. It smells like fruit candy, very sweet. What makes it different from every other lip gloss out there, is the wand. It is plastic and shaped like a leaf. However, it doesn't really make the application very easy. I'd rather use a brush. The staying power is OK. Lasts a little longer than the Effect 3D lip gloss (review here). But if you eat or drink anything, it'll disappear. That's the biggest downside of this stuff.

The Bourjois Effect 3D Max Shine Lip gloss comes in 10 neutral to warm shades. The tube contains 6.5 ml of the product.

Rating: 3/5

Price: Rs 1200/-

Available at: You'll find it online at Just4girls and locally, you'll find it at Naheed's, Chase Up and Dolmen Mall.

Official Website: Bourjois UK , Bourjois (France)

Conclusion: I don't really understand the concept behind the wand and the shade range is limited. I don't plan to continue after this. Recommended? Give it a try once, if you like.
