Wardrobe Update: Post Eid Haul

While Eid was around the corner I checked out some of the new openings within the city, as well as existing brands for something exciting. So I found some pieces I'm going to share with you.
First up is a long pink straight shirt I bought from Collage. It's  two toned and has buttons as embellishments on the shoulders and at one of the side openings. A zipper in the front made it look different and since I liked the combo too, I bought it. The neckline is very deep though and I'm definitely going to do something about it. The sleeves are huge squared, I  believe they're very much in fashion these days. It is a must to wear a lining/shameez underneath. It was available in 4 combos, Pink, Blue, Red and Purple. For the price, I believe it was expensive as it cost me Rs. 4200/-, which I would have happily paid for something at Junaid Jamshed or Khaadi. Anyway, the style just got me.

My second purchase was from Khaadi, which I bought today. I was in no hurry to shop for clothes right after Eid, but I had to exchange something and ended up getting this printed Fusion top, since they have no refund policy. The sleeves are big and squared. The fabric is sheer and I'll need lining again. This is what I have been doing all summer. It's a surprise how almost every brand specializing in Lawn clothing has launched clothes so sheer, that it just urges the need to wear extra clothing underneath. That just kills the purpose of lawn on whole. Anyway, coming back to the top, it does not have any embellishments but is a good wear for hot humid days. It was also available with a white background. Got it for Rs. 2800/-

Hope you like em xoxo...
