Revlon ColorStay Eye Liner Black

Company/Brand Claim: America’s #1 longwear eye liner glides on effortlessly for drama and definition. No matter what your day holds, the waterproof formula will keep you covered.

Result: I haven't used anything Revlon in years, except for the lip butter, which is one of my favorite makeup products (read review). The ColorStay eye liner however, was a present so I had to try it out. Read on to know more.

My Wishlist 2015-Makeup and Beauty

So here's my wishlist for the current year. It is based on a deep consideration of what I actually need over spending money on just any thing. You won't see any lip sticks, glosses or blushes etc because I don't think I need any more of those at the moment. Less is more so it's better to spend on essentials rather than piling up products I won't use very often. It seems like a lot but I'm not going to go for all of the stuff above. Here's a breakdown.

Company/Brand Claim: Smudge-proof, crease-proof, fade-proof.

Result: I received the Glam Eyes HD in my Rimmel London Ahlan! Editor's Choice Limited Edition 3 Piece Set which also includes the Scandal Eyes Rockin Curves Mascara in 001 Black (read review) and the Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal in 001 Black (read review). It's a cute little case which contains 5 bold eye shadows to create glamorous looks specially for a night out.

My mom sent some goods from Pakistan a few days ago and I had to share them. Since summers are in and the lawn season has taken off I got my first dresses from my favorite lawn brand Junaid Jamshed. Thank you Mom :-*

Result: I bought the DMGM Even Complexion Compact Powder along with the DMGM Studio Perfection Secret Wonder Foundation (read review). Using them together gives a flawless finish but for a lighter makeup look I use the even complexion powder alone. The representative suggested the shade in Early Tan which is a peach toned shade and far from the pearl white finish.

 Company/Brand Claim: Moisturizing, transfer resist, light weight. 

Result: The DMGM Photo Fix lip color falls somewhere between a lipstick and lip lacquer. It's just like a blended version of the solid lipstick without being runny or too liquidy. The first time I tried it at the counter I instantly fell for it as it wasn't anything like I had used before. And since my wedding day was approaching I could hear "you should get this" somewhere in the back of my head.

Company/Brand Claim: Unique Feature: Wide, flat and very soft head
Function: Controlled highlighting.

Result: What tempted me to buy this brush was an eye makeup video of my favorite Youtube guru in which she did a sultry smokey eye look using it, which left me wowing. From what I have personally experienced, this baby can do some more tricks that are very useful and I'm glad to own one.

Company/Brand Claim: A long-lasting intense colour balm in a handy jumbo pencil.
Balm formula offers all-day comfort and a long-lasting surge of moisture.

Result: Trusting my intuition I picked this beauty from the counter even though it was only one piece left and the representative didn't have any tester for it. I expected it to be that proper beige nude as the name hints to it but "drive me nude" turned out to be somewhat different.
