Not that it's done on purpose, but a little weight gain can turn into a major problem if not taken care of at the right time. I asked myself one day, why is fitness important to me? Dosage

Never take apple cider vinegar as it is. The right way to drink it is by mixing with water. Different purposes have different dosage recommendations, but I add one tablespoon of ACV to one glass of warm water and drink it. When I started taking apple cider vinegar, I took it on an empty stomach every morning. But due to a change in my diet, I now take it before bed. It is very important to sit up straight for at least half an hour after consuming ACV to avoid acid reflux.

Is Apple Cider Vinegar bad for your teeth?

Apple Cider vinegar is a form of vinegar and needs to be diluted before consumption. Acetic acid can cause tooth decay and weaken tooth enamel (outer layer of the tooth). The best way is to drink it with a straw.

My Personal Experience

I've been taking apple cider vinegar for a few months now. Within a week of taking it, I could feel my hunger suppress and I felt full quickly. Weight loss was the main reason I bought ACV in the first place. But now, I take it regularly for its health benefits.
